Guided Heart Coherence Practices

Simple practices to calm your nervous system, anytime, anywhere...

Your heart and your nervous system are in constant conversation. When life feels busy or overwhelming, that rhythm can become scattered, leaving you feeling wired, tired or on edge.

Heart coherence is a gentle, evidence-informed practice that helps bring your heart rhythm, breath and emotions back into balance. With regular practice, your body learns a new rhythm of calm, steadiness and resilience that you can return to whenever you need it.

These guided practices are the same ones I use with clients in my HRV biofeedback sessions, and they’re free for you to enjoy.

New here? Start with Heart-Focused Breathing.
It’s the foundation for everything else and takes just a few minutes. Once it feels familiar, try Quick Coherence for those moments when you need to reset on the go.

A few minutes a day is all it takes.
Consistency matters far more than duration. Try practising once or twice a day, perhaps when you wake, before meals, or as part of your evening wind-down.

Want to go deeper?
Heart coherence becomes even more powerful when you can see it. In my HRV biofeedback sessions, we use HeartMath technology to show your heart rhythm in real time, so you can learn what calm actually feels like in your body and build lasting resilience.

Sessions are available in clinic in the Northern Rivers or via telehealth Australia-wide.
