Simply add 2-3 drops into you serums, elixirs or balms and gently mix together before apply to face and neck.
5 drops under the tongue or added to water bottle to sip throughout the day. They are safe to take internally and gentle enough for all to take and I highly recommend not only enjoying them externally but internally as well.
